Online Rental Payment

Nelson & Associates, Inc. is happy to offer you a convenient way to pay your rent online. The payment process you will go through can be done one time or be set up to happen on a recurring basis. Please keep in mind there are fees associated with conducting business electronically and if you do not wish to pay these fees, Nelson & Associates, Inc. does accept other forms of payment. You will be prompted on the following pages to accept the convenience fee when applicable. Currently, this system accepts Electronic Check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We are sorry but we can not accept American Express at this time.

Please Note: Partial payments received on delinquent tenant accounts in collection with the property's attorneys may be returned to you. If you make a partial payment which is returned to you, payment processing expenses charged to you will not be refunded. If your account is in collection, we strongly recommend that you contact the Property Manager to obtain your current balance before making your payment. Only full payment of all amounts due will cause the property's attorneys to cease eviction efforts, unless the property or its agents or attorneys agree in writing to do so in exchange for receiving partial payment.

When you select the 'I Agree' link below you will be redirected to the website portal that will handle the online payment. You will be asked again during that transaction whether you agree to the applicable fees. If you choose not to proceed with payment at that time or any other time BEFORE you submit your payment, simply close your browser, your transaction can not be processed if you do not agree to the applicable fee or if you do not submit your payment.  On the screen that follows you will be asked to enter some information, currently the only REQUIRED information on this screen is your First and Last Name, street address, unit number and your email address. For accounting purposes, please fill in the street address and unit number correctly so we can properly apply the payment. Next you will choose the amount you wish to pay, choose your method of payment and enter in your payment information. Finally, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions, submit the payment and print the receipt. Each payment will generate a receipt that will be sent electronically to your email account.

We hope this service will be a convenient way for you to make your monthly rental payment.

If you decide to use online payment with the Site Owners you consent to be charged the standard applicable convenience fees charged by the lending institution. Certain information will be required when conducting transactions you have initiated by clicking on the 'I Agree' link above. The information required may include, but is not limited to:

  • First and Last Name
  • Street address and unit number
  • Property Name
  • Electronic Mail Address

Certain documentation and/or information will also be sent to the electronic email address you designate and may include, but are not limited to:

  • Confirmation of certain transactions

Withdrawing your consent to do business electronically. If at any time you would like to cease doing business electronically with the Site Owners, you only need to stop using the online payment feature of the Site. Only those transactions you initiate electronically will be processed. If you withdraw consent, any transactions received or processed prior to your withdrawal of consent will be valid and binding on all parties.

Executing Transactions Electronically. You consent to do business electronically and transactions will be executed using electronic records.

Consenting To Do Business Electronically. The decision whether to do business electronically is yours and you should consider whether you have the necessary equipment and financial resources in order to do so.
